6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control. Embassy Studios is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers. Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns & Refunds

All sales are subject to our Return Policy. Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Custom or personalized items are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
